Merge two Publisher documents

Having created two Publisher dicuments include graphs and charts, diagrams
and other images, it is vital to keep all formatting together.
How to merge these two documents so that pagination continues smoothly. Cut
and Paste sometimes throws up a wobbly.

Copy and paste. Or you could use Acrobat (not the free Reader) to convert
them to .pdf files and them merge them.
