merging from a query into Word

I am trying to create a merge word document which picks up data from an
access query. in the word document I have one field which needs to be listed
down the page - bullet points 1 to 10 to accomodate any number upto 10
possible results for that field in the query.

The query provides upto 10 rows with the only difference between rows being
in the one variable field.

How do i get the merge to print in one document the (upto10) options which
are returned for the one field to be bookmarked for that query field?

I could do this in an access report but am struggling with a merged word file
