Merging multiple files into one powerpoint file

Does anyone know or is it possible to merge multiple powerpoint
presentation files into one big file?
I am trying to gather different presentations from individuals and
putting them together into one presentation. Thanks in advance for
any help.

Hi
Open a new or existing presentation and then "insert" menu select "insert
slides from files"
Browse to the folder of existing presentations in the slide finder dialog
box.
Select the files and the slides to be inserted from the source
presentations one by one.
You have options such as "insert all" which inserts all slides from the
currently selected presentation.
You can also preserve the source presentations formatting when inserting.

Hope this helps,

If you're running PowerPoint 97 or 2000, remember that they don't allow
multiple masters (templates). That won't be a problem if all of the
presentations used the same template.

Be careful not to make that file TOO big. Another option would be to create
one "Menu" slide with text boxes for each of the other files and only
hyperlink to them.

Kind regards,
Ute
