message box requesting data

Hi All,

We have some user using Microsoft Office XP. Sometimes, a
message box pop up saying "requesting data from Mircosoft
Exchange Server".

Does anyone know what does it mean and how to disable
this message from appearing?

It means that your Outlook client is waiting longer than usual for your
Exchange server to respond and there's nothing you can do to stop that
message box from appearing.
