Message: Outlook failed to start correctly last time...."

I have had this problem on several of my network
workstations and ended up uninstalling and installing the
software again. I've also had the icon dissappear from
both the desk top and 'All Programs' and had to add it
thru Office Shortcuts.

This doesn't address the 'why' but at least it will fix
it. Good Luck.
