I am using Outlook 2003 on a new computer with McAfee Protection (spam killer
disabled) in a home XP edition. When I exit the e-mail part of the program,
I often get the boxed message "we have encountered a problem and must close
the program" and can send the message to Microsoft or not. I thought it was
the spam protection, so I've disabled it and am still getting the message.
It's just a nuisance at this point. Has anyone had a similar problem?
