Hello,

Is there any way to track emails sent to external clients when using
Outlook 2000 on MS Exchange Server 5.5?

It is the same as when used internally. The only problem is that not all
mailservers support the delivery receipt and not all clients support the
read receipt. Also the read receipt requires user interaction as the
receiver is prompted to send a read receipt.
