messages deleted in sent items not to be seen in deleted items??

Unknowingly I deleted an important message from the sent items.I tried to recover it from deleted items but I wasn't able to get it.I need it urgently.Help

Once you delete it from Entourage, you have no mechanism to recover it
there.

Log in to your account using Outlook Web Access (OWA). If you're using
Exchange Server 2003, you'll see an Option section on the left. Go there
and scroll to the bottom. You'll see a Recover Deleted Items folder.
Depending on how your server is configured, it may or may not be there.

Exchange Server 2007 has a similar feature, but I can't tell you the
exact steps. They are probably similar.

Great solution from Bill, just to add, if in case you do not find the mails there, you can call Corporate Helpdesk, they will arrange the recover for you by contacting Email admin team of your company.
Can say this because I work for Corp HD for Financial Times.
