Trying to do a report and query in Access. It is largely
dealing with dates, names and text. When I do a query,
the same information is being duplicated due to the
various dates (different dates of admissions with same
last names) I am utilizing. Is there a way to avoid
duplication of text when the dates are different?

Any suggestions?

This is an Excel newsgroup. Repost you question to the
Access Group under general discussions. Also, when you

You didn't offer a very accurate answer yourself. Is that why you are
