Microsoft Cursor Engine error '80040e21' When creating new task

We are useing MS Project Central SR1

When trying to create a new Task I recieve the following error.

"Microsoft Cursor Engine error '80040e21'

Multiple-step operation generated errors. Check each status value.

/projectcentral/Tasks/NewTaskPage.asp, line 102"

Have a done a few searches and most point to a SQL problem. However nothing
specific related with Project Central.

Our Project Central Webserver is on IIS5 SP4 and the SQL Database is SQL
2000 on Windows 2003 Server.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.
