Microsoft Equation

Hi,
When I attempt to insert Microsoft Equations (insert > object > MS
equation), I am getting this error: "The server applicaiton, source
file, or item cannot be found. Make sure the application is properly
installed, and that it has not be deleted, moved, or renamed." To the
best of my knowledge, I didn't alter the install files. Is this a
known problem? How do I fix this? Should I just reinstall?
Thanks.

In addition to John's reply...

You may consider downloading MathType from here:

http://www.dessci.com/en/products/ee/

Depending on your requirements it offers more than the basic Equation
Editor. If you choose to not activate MathType after the trial period it
continues to function as described at the above link.

Go into the hard drive/applications/Microsoft Office 2004 and drag the
Office folder to the trash and then place in your Office 2004 CD, open
the Office 2004 folder from the CD and drag the Office folder from the
CD into the Microsoft Office 2004 within applications.
