Microsoft Office 2000 Publisher Install problem

I try to install my second disk which has publisher. It
gets part way and can't find LOGO98. Will Microsoft
replace my disk? I bought it in 2000. Anything else I can
do? It installed on my other computer as well as this
laptop. I had to restore the laptop and reinstall.
