Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1a Update!

Whilst downloading this update off of the office update site my connection
was broken, after reconnecting I attempted to continue the download however I
received this error message,'Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Update did not
complete successfully. For assistance, contact Microsoft Technical Support.'
I could not find an answer to this on their site at all, and I was outraged
to find that I'd have pay £35 to send an email to someone at Microsoft! Can
someone help me please?

Clean the temp and internet cache files, then try again.
