Where can I find a replacement manual for Microsoft Office 2003 Standard ?

In a bookstore?.. This website tells of MS publications, but if you go
along to your local decent bookstore, you may well find 'Dummies Guide to'
and 'Que' manuals.. some are not cheap, but for comprehensive coverage,
can't be beaten.. books are also available on the individual components
too..
