Microsoft Office Document Imaging Windows 98 Driver?

I have PC#1 (win xp, office 2003) networked with PC#2 (win 98, office 97). I would like to "share" the Microsoft Office Document Imaging printer with PC#2. Win XP is prompting me to provide the printer driver for the win98 machine.

I place the Office 2003 CD in drive D (it was prompting for d) and it didn't find it.

Can anyone help with the win 98 driver name for MODI?
