Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 - installation query

Hi

I would be grateful if anyone could help. I puchased the above product about
6 months ago and installed it on my laptop. I have just wiped my laptop hard
drive by my own choice to start afresh seeing as it was a bit slow. I now
need to use Office but want to know if I reconditioned my laptop back to its
original factory settings I would use another licence of Office. Microsoft
says you have 3 licences which you can use, seeing as this is the same
computer with no changes to hardware, would I infact now have used 2 of the 3
licenses for the software?

The 3 licences are for concurent installations, since you have none 3
licenses remain
