Microsoft Office Outlook

After detect and repair due to message being stuck in Outbox, I now cannot
access Office Outlook at all and have error message "Operation failed" when I
click on icon.

The profile is damaged. Follow the following KB articles

I actually created another profile and when the user tried
to login he received a message saying his outlook.ost is
not associated. Any suggestions?

Reconfigure the exchange account in the profile. This has have the same
profile name as well. So delete the old one
and recreate it

Thanks to outlook rox, but unable to work. I rebooted computer and office
outlook 2003 up and running - strange! Thanks appreciated, CJ.
