Microsoft Office Premium 2000

I tried to reinstall Office 2000 Premium in Windows ME
Millennium after replacing the hard drive of my computer.
I had no problem installing initially. When I attempted
to reinstall, I got this message at the beginning of the
install:

Cannot Launch E:\MS\OFFICE 2000\msi\instmsi.exe
The System cannot find the file specified.

What do I need to do to get the instmsi.exe file...?
