Microsoft office professional and bookshelf

I recently bought a new computer with windows XP and I am
trying to install the above version which is designed for
windows 95. My computer will not let me and a microsoft
rep refused to help me stating my program is obsolete. He
said I can install it but he would not tell me how to do it.
