How do I block a sender from sending me an E-mail. I know
how to filter it to my deleted file but would like to
block it all together.

You can not block him from _sending_ the email. You may be able to
configure your server to discard everything he sends before it gets placed
in your mailbox. I believe there is also an option in the rules to
absolutely delete instead of just send to deleted items (forget what it is
called).
