microsoft outlook 97

everyday i receive a lot of junk mail. how can i record
each address so i won't receive it again

Since spammers change their email addresses frequently, this is not a useful tactic. A better course of action, given your Outlook version, might be to get a generic antispam tool that can work with any mail program -- not one of the Outlook-specific applications, which are pretty much confined to Outlook 2000 or later.
