microsoft picture it box pops up when I hit send mail

When I try to send mail, Microsoft picture it box pops up
and my computer searches the A drive. I have to cancel
this 3 times before I can get rid of the box. Then a box
comes up informing me that spell check cannot be
completed. Finally I can send the e-mail. What is going
on?
Any help would be much apprciated
