Microsoft Project 2000 Printing

If I shade non working times the shaded working times will
only print if I print the sheets from 1 to 'n'. If I
select say pages 7 to 9, the shading does not print.

Which version of Project are you using? Are you referring to the Gantt
charte printout? Are you sure pages 7 to 9 have non-working time on
them? Have you tried printing to a different printer? Or tried
updating the printer driver?

Do the nonworking times show in print preview? If so, then it's your printer
driver that probably needs updating.
