Microsoft Visual Basic File Not Found error message

Could you tell me why whenever I open a file on Project Server, I get an
error message "Microsoft Visual Basic File Not Found"?

Paul,

I left out an important fact. It only happens to one file out on project
server. We have several other files, none has this error.

Thank you so much Paul for suggesting clearing the local cache - I had a
problem with our Enterprise Global and have been attempting over the weeks to
sort it out and getting very conflicting results (my boss could edit macros
at first then couldn't, it didn't work on the live system but did on the test
set up we had etc. etc.) - suggesting clearing the cache sort of clicked with
me that it could be the solution and it was!!!
