MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC

Each time I open or close Outlook or Word I get the following message

HEADING IS Microsoft Visual Basic

MESSAGE IS The Macros in this project are disabled.

How can I get rid of this message?

Remove the macros or reset the security setting in Tools | Macros | Security to Medium.
