Hi =?Utf-8?B?U3VzYW4=?=,
Microsoft Workd 2000 is not working with Windows XP
It does here. But I'm afraid no one will be able to help
you if you don't describe exactly HOW it's not working...

It may be that the WORD malfunction DOESN'T explain what happened. I have the same problem. When I try to load Word under Office 2000, I get a dialog box that says something like "The application has generated an error. Please sen it to MS so we can learn what happened." I sent the rror several times. That is the ONLY response the error generates. I can't find the text file anywhere on my computer, either. So, what do I do? Pay MS an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money to learn what's wrong? This is NOT support. FYI, I disabled and removed Norton's anit-virus and HP's Freedom Firewall. After restarting the computer I get same error box. Additionally, I installed Office's 2000 SR-1 and 1a. No change. So, what now? BYW, Word 2000 is running well on my other Windows XP computer. Help.
