I have an XP operating system and Microsoft Business 2000
Small Business. Last night I was working creating lots
of large documents. I was copying text off of various
internet sites, formatting them to Normal and storing
them as Word files. Anyway, I noticed while doing this
that it seemed to be acting a bit strangely. At one
point, Word just stopped working. A blue box would come
up without an error number and just say that Microsoft
Word Program is not responding. I had a choice to end
the task, which I did, and send an error message to
Microsoft. The program closed. I tried reopening it
several times, removing the program and rebooting it,
even buying the XP Upgrade this morning and installing
it, and it still keeps happening. Could one of the files
corrupted the system? If so, do I just delete everything
I worked on yesterday (a lot of work down the drain) or
what? Please help me as I've sent about 50 Send Error
Reports to Microsoft and can find no articles on how to
fix it.
