I have a question regarding Microsoft XP OS, and this is the only place I can
think of that might give me an answer. How can you change the owner name on
the entire operating system? I have managed to change the profile name and
everything, but the programs say that they are registered to the Owner (which
happens to be my friend's ex-girlfriend). Also, everything that is done is
listed as being done by her and not by the new user. The only was that we
can think of is to create a new user, transfer all the files and setting to
the new user (who currently is using the old profile with the old user on it)
and then delete the old owner out. I am trying to avoid this. NOTE: Both
users are administrators. Thank you!!

You don't think that Windows New Users is about Windows then?
