Migrating from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002

I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002 on an XP
machine. My e-mail archives and contacts pulled over
beautifully but none of my personal or customized
settings did. I had created a custom form with custom
fields, custom views, folders, etc. and cannot get
Outlook 2002 to recognize, find or install them. Help.
