Migrating users from Access 97 to Access 2003 at multiple sites?

I have users at multiple locations using Access 97 shared databases , we are
upgrading to Access 2003 - How do you handle the transition since obviously
everyone will not be updated at the same time?

Make sure that the applications are split into front-ends (containing the
queries, forms, reports, macros and modules) and back-ends (containing the
tables). Leave the back-ends in Access 97, and convert copies of the
front-ends to Access 2003. Distribute the appropriate version of the
front-ends to each user. Once the last user has converted to Access 2003,
you can convert the back-ends if you want.
