Mircrosoft Project for Windows 95

I have an old Project for Windows 95 license and I cannot
get it to run on my XP platform. Anyone know if it just
isnt compatible with XP, or if I have to pay Microsoft
for an upgrade?

Project 4 will run on Windows XP OK. Have you got the original disks?
