missing accounts - cant send email!!

I have installed and reinstalled my email server and
account information into outlook 2002 many times... it
test fine. Yet each time when I attempt to send or
recieve email I can not.

No send button shows up, and if I try to select an account
nothing but an empty box shows up.

What is going on!!

I have installed and the service packs, etc...

This problem did not exist until I attempted to add a new
account using my new dsl connection. For some reason it
wrote over my corp account for my email. Now I can not
get anything.

Using windows 2000 on a dell laptop.

HELP!!!
