Missing content when synchronizing between Outlook and WM5 PDA & p

First of all I must get this of my heart: I have been shocked over the lack
of willingness to perform support by Microsoft earlier this day. I could not
find any e-mail support or other support on Microsoft’s web pages (besides
this forum). I tried phoning Microsoft and the answer sounded: “Good luckâ€! I
received no help solving my problem or finding a place where I could receive
any help on the web. Microsoft: There are definitely room for improvements!
That is why I have come to this forum as a last resort.

My problem is with synchronizing calendar appointments’ text section with
mobile units (a Dell PDA running Windows Mobile 5 and a Sony Ericsson cell
phone).
When synchronizing appointments the appointment content (the large text
section, at WM5 called “Notesâ€, which are not the yellow stickers in Outlook)
are not transferred to the mobile units. The “Subjectâ€, “Location†time etc.
are transferred. It’s only the “Notes†which are not transferred.
Notes created on my mobile units are being correctly synchronized to Outlook.
These also remain intact when synchronizing through Outlook to my other
mobile units.
It is only when changes are made to notes or when notes are created in
Outlook that these notes are synchronized without a content.
I have tried synchronizing with an old Windows CE (v3) PDA, and strangely
that unit received the notes correctly! Though my WM5 PDA and Sony Ericsson
cell phone did not.

I have been using the Beta2 for since launch and I noticed this problem just
a few days ago. I know it has not been percent earlier. I have tried updating
to the latest version of Active Sync (4.2.0) though that did not solve the
problem.

Are there anyone out there who knows how to solve the problem??
