As a follow up to my message from yesterday. I used the
MS Windows update website and now my MS Outlook 2002 SP-2
does not work. I read MS Knowledgebase article #242777
and it refers to the file inetcomm.dll, but this file is
not on my computer!. I tried to use a copy from another
Windows 98 machine, but it does not work.
Symptom:
When I try to send/receive, the program instantly presents
"outlook unknown error 0x80040154" errors for each of my
accounts.
Everything worked fine before I did the Window updates
from the web site.
I've been trying to call the support # (800)936-4900, but
it has been busy all day.
Help!
