Missing Email in Public Folder.

I have a business user told me that when he goes to one of the folder
under Public Folder in Outlook, he doesn't get all the emails. He only
gets 3 emails under the public folder.

When I go to the same folder, I got 10 emails.

He's filter is off.

Do you know what is happening?

Any help is appreciated!
