Missing email options in Publisher 2003

When I go to send email in Publisher 2003 I only get send email as an
attachment and not the option to send message as an email or to preview the
email.

Make sure that Outlook Express 5.0/6.0 or Outlook 2003 are set as your
default email client. To check this, open Internet Explorer and go to Tools
Options > Programs Tab.

Publisher 2003 REQUIRES Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express 5.0/6.0 to be the
default email client in order to send a page as a message body.
