Missing Email

Opened my Outlook 2000 folder and all my email, with exception of two new emails are gone! When I open Exchange 5.5 administration and check the mailbox it shows 160 items. How can I get access to my email again?

I have had this problem a few times within my office. I
have always been able to access the files on another
computer by setting up a mirror account. Once you have
the email on a 2nd system its really easy to go back and
delete the profile and create it again.
