Missing file in Outlook 2003

Hi

When I start outlook 2003 I am todl that the file dccext32.dll is missing.
I've tried reinstalling but to no effect.

The only add-in used is the MS Personal Folders Backup. I've also tried
reinstalling this.

Whilst the program seems to work fine, I'd like to get rid of this annoyance

Any ideas?
