Missing file

I am having trouble every time I go to save files in Excel. MS Office
attempts to reinstall MS Office Professional. But I receive an error message
stating that I missing SKU011.cab file.

I get the same error when I attempt to reinstalled teh MS Office
professional from disc.

I also cannot download updates successfully.
