Missing Inbox Subfolder: non-exchange server

Help! Had a sub-folder of my Inbox disappear (definitely NOT deleted). Does anyone have a clue where to begin searching on the hard drive for this folder? Have tried multiple advanced searches on the C-drive, but no luck! I'm using Outlook 2003. Never had anything like this happen before.

Set your Navigation to Folder List and expand all the folders and
subfolders. If you did not delete it it should be listed.

Please be patient with my beginner abilities. I have a similar problem and need to know how to "navigate" and from where.
