Missing Menu Bar

Outlook 97

When opening any e-mails, the Menu Bar (File, view, tools
etc) has disappeared - I haven't inadvertantly moved it,
and if I have I have checked absolutely everywhere around
the screen to find it.

Would you be able to help me get it back? )

Used shortcut key Alt-F - which brought up the file menu -
I had hidden it at the bottom left hand
corner 'apparently'...

)
