Missing or disappearing email

Has anyone encountered missing or disappearing email. I have a user
using outlook xp on nt 4, running exchange 2000 on the back. This
user is missing email and I search everywhere for it and i cant find
it... thinking he deleted or moved it somewhere. No where to be
found. Is there a tracking somewhere where i can figure out where she
moved it or deleted. I really think its a user error.. but it
happened before and we had to restore their mailbox. Any addon tools
i can use to track her in the future... cause i think i could happen

Hi

Have you looked at filtering. Perhaps there is a filter
inadvertedly turned on. Go to help and filters to find out
how to turn it off

I'm having the same (kind of) problem with a user using
outlook xp and exchange 2000. Whenever she logs on to her
exchange account from another computer (roaming), all the
email in her inbox dated before she logged into other
client computer dissappears!!! Any idea what's happening
here? I can't seem to find any answers.
