I am using microsoft windows exchange server 2003. and a few users
including myself have full mailbox access to another users mailbox.
however, 3 out of the 6 users seem to be missing some contacts from
the list. for example when i try to search for a particular contact it
doesnt show while i am logged on as myself, but it appears when i am
logged on as one of the other users. i also tried to log on as the
user whose mailbox we all have access to and had no problem there, all
contacts appeared normally. we all show the complete number of contacts
which is 2489. the only way for me to see the contact is if i do a
searchin the "Look for" field. the name does show up, however, i can
not open the contact and a message pops up saying "can not open this
item". the other users can open it and do not have to go through the
search to pull the contact up.
