missing outlook folders in mail merge

I am trying to creat a mass mailing with labels using my outlook contacts as
data sources. Some outlook folders do not show in the list of choices. Any
ideas why? or how to get them back - they are still in Outlook, just not when
I do a mail merge in either Word or Publisher.

If they don't show in Word, they are not checked as e-mail address books in
Outlook, however see http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm
