Missing send/receive button on task bar in Outlook

I have lost my send/receive button on the task bar in Outlook. We cannot
send any messages from Outlook on our laptop; they stay in the Outbox.

I am looking for the same thing. did you have any luck finding out whats
wrong? It is the first time I used it and created a new account and still I
cant use outlook! Hope you had better luck than I did with Microjunk! Their
support stinks!

Does F9 work to send them? If not, what send and receive error do you get?
