MO & OE Conflicts

When I go to send an email from the address book through the action step the
email gets sent to microsoft outlook instead of to outlook express which I
use and prefer.

I have gone to settings>control panel>internet options>program but cannot
change the email setting from Microsoft Outlook to Outlook express.

Is anybody able to help with above problem?

Uninstall Outlook, if you don't use it?

You can select it in Outlook Expres as well under Tools-> Options-> tab
General-> at the bottom
