Modify Context Menu

When I right click on a file, I can edit/open with an application defined by
the menu. I can also send the file to a location. I want to make changes
to those settings. This is for Groove 3.1

The right click context menu when in a file manager, allow you to define
which application to use to open the file. Groove has similar but missed
the abilty to Open with... There is an Open capability but defaults to the
one associated with the file. For example. I have an XML document. I want
to open it with XML Notepad, or IE, or Word but only XML Notepad is allowed.
