Modify or disable spam guard

I continue to get email from exchanges with a party I do business with and
always get span notification FUSE92.

How to modify or disable FUSE92

Sounds like that's coming from a piece of third-party software. Can you
check with the vendor of Spam Guard or whatever is generating the FUSE92
notification.
