Modifying dialog for incoming emails

good morning from germany,

how can i customize the dialog which tells me that i have
some new incoming email, f.g. name of sende, date and time
or some other email related infos.

What version of Outlook? If Outlook 2003, you can customize the rules for
displaying an alert from specified individuals. Tell us your version and
more detailed information (and IF it can be done in your version) will be
