Money 2005 download

I have MS Money 2005 which I downloaded to my old computer. Just bought a
new computer. They put my old hard drive in my new computer but it MS Money
doesn't work. How do I get MS Money 2005 to work on my new computer? Since
I downloaded it, I don't have a CD to reinstall.
